On our March AccessPrivacy Monthly Privacy Call Adam Kardash provided a snapshot update of legislative reform activity across Canada, including:

• comments on Bill 64 guidance issued by the Quebec privacy regulatory authority;
• priorities and timing for federal private sector privacy legislative reform; and
• provincial legislative reform developments, which included a conversation with Michael Fekete about amendments to BC’s public sector privacy law, the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
