Frédérique is a member of the Privacy and Data Management group.

Her practice focuses on a broad range of privacy, data security, and information-management matters including privacy, anti-spam, and consumer protection regulatory compliance, developing privacy policies, online and mobile marketing, responding to data breaches, cross-border data transfers, health information privacy, and privacy issues in mergers and acquisitions. Frédérique graduated from the joint civil and common law program at McGill University in 2015, where she worked as a research assistant in the areas of electronic health and privacy law, and acted as senior editor for the McGill Law Journal.

As part of her degree, Frédérique travelled to Paris to study international and EU law at Université Panthéon-Assas, and to London to study competition law at the London School of Economics.
